As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic business partnering to the US BBU CVRM leadership team to deliver the talent and workforce priorities, leadership and functional capabilities, while accelerating career development, and the employee experience and engagement strategy. What you'll do Strategic HR Planning and Execution Deliver the people strategy using commercial insights, financial acumen, and data analytics.

Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent & Development and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to develop and execute talent priorities. Create and implement strategies to retain critical talent and proactively address attrition risks. Business Partnering & Influence Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.

Act as a trusted advisor to management teams on people and culture. Stay informed on HR market trends and contribute innovative ideas to the organization. Lead the performance development cycle, including check-ins, development planning, and rewards.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and consult on effective recruiting, sourcing and onboarding strategies Partner with the Reward team to ensure competitive compensation, benefits and total rewards. Organizational Development and Change Drive organizational and cultural changes to support company growth. Partner with the business to shape go to market models, brilliant launches, and realignment projects.

Data-Driven Insights Leverage HR dashboards & people analytics, to shape workforce strategy, enhance employee experience and drive organizational performance Performance Development Support employee learning and development and promote a culture of continuous learning Advise and coach leaders on performance management best practices to drive high reward/high performance. Inclusion and Diversity Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion to develop a positive work environment. Essential for the role Bachelor's degree 5+ years of HR Partnering experience Successful coaching and influence with managers Cross functional collaboration and enterprise mind-set Ability to coach, challenge and advise business leaders to drive performance and achieve business goals.

Demonstrated expertise in Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Organizational Change. Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting business change/optimizations effectively. Ability to manage complex HR projects through a complete life cycle, ensuring successful delivery.

Proficiency in interpreting HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy. High emotional intelligence with excellent listening, influencing, communication, and coaching abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
