Experience with ERP systems databases, supply chain and cloud technologies

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications

Design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Provide technical support and training to end users

Document system configurations processes and changes

Ensure data integrity security and compliance with IT policies

Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or related field
