Job description

As an IT Specialist (Training, Communications & Change Management) you'll serve as technical training, communications, and change management specialist.


Location of position: Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, MO, Lakewood, CO, Fort Worth, TX, and Tacoma, WA

The Office of Digital Management is responsible for managing General Services Administration IT solutions, resources, and shared services.

We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Qualifications:

The GS-13 salary range starts at $108,173 per year and will vary based on duty location.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Specialized experience is defined as:

  • Applying adult learning and instructional design principles to the development of comprehensive IT training curricula
  • Developing and delivering training using blended learning techniques, including but not limited to producing educational videos, written training materials, and/or presenting in-person training
  • Evaluating training feedback, metrics, and surveys to track program effectiveness.
