About the Role

N400 Harbor Immigration Law, PLLC is seeking a highly organized Client Services & Immigration Case Coordinator to support our attorneys and paralegals while helping clients move through important immigration processes with clarity and care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, document preparation, and client communication in a fast-paced legal environment. Your work will help ensure immigration filings are accurate, organized, and moving forward while providing clients with a positive and professional experience.

In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative team that values communication, shared success, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clientsโ€™ lives every day.

As you grow in the position, this role offers a clear path to take on deeper case management or paralegal responsibilities over time.

About You

You are highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. You enjoy administrative work that requires accuracy and follow through, and you communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with preparation of immigration filings including visa petitions, green card applications, and naturalization filings
  • Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide general updates on case progress
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files and document management systems
  • Support client intake and ensure required documentation is collected and organized
  • Schedule client meetings, consultations, and case related appointments
  • Assist with document formatting, production, and quality review of filings
  • Provide general administrative support including email communication, phone support, and data entry

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or office support role preferred
  • Immigration experience preferred but not required for candidates with strong administrative and client services background
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual English and Spanish verbal and written communication required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
