Job Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2
Summary:
Supports research and early development teams in managing innovation initiatives, evaluating new ideas, and driving project execution in a dynamic scientific environment. This role focuses on coordinating research activities, facilitating innovation programs, and aligning new ideas with long-term business strategy. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes, promote innovation, and ensure successful delivery of research and development projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Support research teams in generating and evaluating new innovation ideas
  • Assist in assessing, prioritizing, and developing early-stage research projects
  • Organize and facilitate innovation workshops and cross-functional meetings
  • Collaborate with research, medical, and business teams to align innovation strategies
  • Manage research processes, timelines, and communication across teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of innovation initiatives
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external scientific networks
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive innovations
  • Improve research workflows and operational processes to increase efficiency
  • Coach team members on innovation processes and project management best practices
  • Support strategic planning and innovation roadmap development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, or related field)
