Job description

Summary
The Manager, Integrated Marketing amp; Demand Generation is a high-impact role responsible for the strategic intersection of brand storytelling and revenue growth. This individual will architect and manage the full-funnel B2B marketing engine for Harbor’s four business segments: Harbor Retail, Harbor Digital, Harbor Convenience, and Harbor Casework. The mission is to design cohesive, omnichannel campaigns that build brand equity while aggressively driving Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through a sophisticated mix of inbound and outbound initiatives. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketing leader who enjoys pivoting seamlessly between high-level creative strategy and deep-funnel data analytics, with the ability to ensure all marketing activities are strategically aligned and focused on measurable ROI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel strategies that synchronize email, ABM, Social (LinkedIn), PPC, SEO and other initiatives to move prospects through top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel conversion to achieve integrated campaign architecture
Define the unique value propositions for Retail, Digital, Convenience, and Casework, ensuring a consistent Harbor "Master Brand" voice while tailoring technical messaging to specific B2B personas. Eg: Websites, Social, Tradeshows, 1 Pagers, Brochures etc., owning segment messaging and positioning
Build and optimize the lead lifecycle from cold awareness to "Sales Ready," maintaining a rigorous focus on MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and pipeline velocity, managing the demand funnel
Lead the strategic direction for high-value assets—including Vlogs, case studies, and whitepapers—ensuring content is both a brand-builder and a lead-capture tool, overseeing the entire content ecosystem
Direct the evolution of all five web properties, focusing on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to transform websites into high-performing sales tools, owning the web experience and strategy
Partner with Sales to identify and penetrate "Must-Win" enterprise accounts using personalized digital and physical marketing plays to provide account-based marketing (ABM)
Monitor and manage the approved financial spend for initiatives and projects, ensuring intended ROI is met and , providing the Executive Creative Director with monthly reports on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Marketing-Sourced Revenue, and channel performance
Limited travel will be required to Harbor’s Grand Haven headquarters approximately one time per quarter, or as business need demands it requiring a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
Other duties may be assigned at any time

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (MBA preferred)
8-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience required, with 2+ years in a strategic leadership role within manufacturing, technology, or complex services environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in scaling a $50M+ company toward $100M through integrated demand generation strategies
Deep experience with Marketing Automation (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce)
Experience managing external agencies and freelancers is required, with experience managing marketing operations or creative specialists directly, strongly preferred
Must be a self-starter, able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
