Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, various treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary treatment planning, collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay abreast of current research and advances related to mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining confidential and accurate client records.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster a culture of learning and shared expertise.

Qualifications
