Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of patients.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform clinical decision-making and progress monitoring.
  • Provide timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all licensing and accreditation processes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.
  • Engage in communication with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners as necessary to facilitate comprehensive care delivery.
  • Promote the agencyโ€™s mission and values consistently, enhancing community awareness and engagement.
  • Participate in regular professional development activities, such as attending conferences and workshops, to further enhance your skills and expertise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinical operations.
