Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Complete documentation required for compliance with regulatory standards and timelines, employing clinical software for efficient record-keeping.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the therapeutic process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, working alongside social workers and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to facilitate client access to comprehensive resources.
• Foster communication with all stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of contract standards while advocating for the mission of our organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to develop potential partnerships and secure funding opportunities.
• Engage in personal and professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and other relevant community events.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working closely with diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and those coping with life-altering injuries. Your expertise will be vital in developing tailored treatment approaches that meet the psychosocial needs of separate populations, ultimately contributing to their recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in a mental health related field is mandatory.
• An independent LMHC license is required for this position.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive care strategies for diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
