Flagship Specialty Partners is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help execute social, web, content, and event marketing for our growing network of dental partners. Working closely with a team of marketing leaders, you’ll turn marketing plans into real results for our doctors and provide exceptional service along the way.

This is a role built for someone who thrives on variety and wants to have a broad impact on marketing, project management, and campaign execution.

What You'll Do

Social Media Execution

  • Develop, edit, and publish social content across practice brands and social media channels including Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate content calendars and keep postings on track across multiple platforms

Website & Content Support

  • Coordinate website content and prepare for publishingonweb properties
  • Update websites and publish content in WordPress, including blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and forms
  • Maintain content accuracyacross multiple practice sites and business listings such as Google Business Profiles

Event Support

  • Build event profiles, registration pages, and contact forms in an event management platform
  • Coordinate event details and logistics to bring memorable events to life
  • Set up and deploy event communications, including email templates and print collateral

Creative & Brand Execution

  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and print assets
  • Maintain an internal storefront, ensuring store items are aligned with brand guidelines and accessible for ordering

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Communicate with stakeholders across the organization on project status, needs, and deliverables
  • Track projects and timelines in our project management systems, including Monday.com
  • Support campaign reporting and KPI tracking
  • Help maintain accurate, up-to-date marketing databases and spreadsheets

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience
  • Social media editing and scheduling platform experience
  • Event coordination and execution experience
  • Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and move between multiple platforms and systems
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple moving pieces on track without missing details
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with WordPress or another CMS
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar PM tools
  • Healthcare, dental, or multi location brand experience
