Job description

Temporary Marketing Coordinator (Potential for permanent hire)

Location: Farmingdale, NJ area | Onsite

Temporary | ~12-Week Assignment


Our client is seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of marketing initiatives through content development, campaign execution, project coordination, and lead generation activities.

This is expected to be a 12-week assignment covering an employee leave. Strong performers may have the opportunity to remain with the organization beyond the initial assignment, based on business needs and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, direct mail, social media, sponsorships, and other customer outreach channels.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content, including emails, newsletters, collateral, presentations, case studies, and social media materials.
  • Manage campaign timelines, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and track approvals and project deliverables.
  • Maintain website and internal content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and consistent.
  • Track and process leads, support CRM activities, and assist with marketing reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and marketing events, including stakeholder communications and logistics.
  • Analyze customer feedback and marketing performance data to identify trends and support ongoing improvements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or an agency environment.
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and project management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
