Position Overview
The Business (B2B) Marketing Manager drives commercial demand and pipeline growth by leading marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities and target industries. This role develops and executes vertical and account-based campaigns, drives B2B content and website strategy, and ensures commercial messaging clearly communicates Guardian's value to decision-makers. Working closely with sales, demand generation, website, and creative teams, this role ensures B2B marketing activities support pipeline development and deal progression.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial sales priorities
  • Plan and manage vertical and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Partner with sales leadership to support pipeline goals and target accounts
  • Help strategize and drive B2B content creation, including industry-specific and thought leadership content
  • Translate commercial offerings into clear, compelling messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with the website team to develop and optimize B2B website content and conversion paths that generate qualified commercial leads
  • Support sales with presentations, collateral, case studies, and RFP materials
  • Attend and support B2B trade shows, industry events, and field marketing activities

  • Track performance and optimize marketing activities based on pipeline and engagement results

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, or demand generation
