Seeking a Funeral Home Manager at Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery – Nashville, TN

It’s an opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume, growing business (600+ calls annually with an on-site cemetery) and lead a team inside a recently remodeled, modern facility. What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer in Tennessee (or ability to reciprocate)
  • 5+ years of experience in the funeral profession or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • A hands-on, accessible leadership style
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you take initiative, solve problems, and think like an owner
