STARTING SALARY RANGE: $48,243 - $52,716
DEPARTMENT: Enrollment
REPORTS TO: Enrollment Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Enrollment Coach serves as the primary point of contact for newly admitted students, guiding them through the final steps necessary to enroll in classes. This position focuses on ensuring students meet all post-admission requirements, assisting with problem-solving when barriers arise, and coordinating with multiple campus offices to create a seamless onboarding experience. Enrollment Coaches also provide general enrollment support for current students using the Campus Center Advising/Admissions office. The Enrollment Coach is student-centered, detail-oriented, and skilled at navigating institutional processes to keep students on track for timely registration and enrollment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree. 2-5 years student services, advising or customer service experience. Excellent communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in higher education, particularly in enrollment management or student services;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple students' progress simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex institutional processes.
  • Proficiency with student information systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
