What are Tactical Sales?

Tactical sales refers to the short-term actions and strategies that sales professionals use to achieve immediate goals, such as closing deals, meeting quotas, or responding to specific market opportunities. Unlike strategic sales, which focuses on long-term planning and relationship building, tactical sales emphasizes quick decision-making and adaptability to current market trends.
