This leadership role is responsible for ensuring educational excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and exceptional family engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Staff Development
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop teaching and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that supports professional growth.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Lead staff meetings and ensure alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
  • Support performance management and professional development initiatives.

School Operations
