Your role at Clorox:

The Customer Planning Manager - Healthcare is responsible for leading customer planning and commercial activation in support of med/surg distributor partners and the healthcare-focused field sales organization. This role develops the strategic and operational plans that enable field sellers to drive end-user demand across acute and non-acute healthcare settings. This role partners cross-functionally to translate strategy into execution while ensuring distributor and field alignment with healthcare growth priorities.

In this role, you will:

Lead Med/Surg Distributor Customer Planning

  • Lead development and execution of customer plans for med/surg distributors supporting healthcare end-user growth
  • Align distributor strategies to CloroxPro portfolio priorities and annual business objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis of distributor and end-user performance

Support Field Sales End-User Execution

  • Partner with healthcare field sales teams to translate customer plans into actionable selling priorities
  • Develop customer-specific insights, messaging, and performance tracking to support end-user execution
  • Ensure alignment between distributor strategies and field sales objectives

Portfolio & Growth Strategy Activation

  • Translate healthcare commercial strategies into customer-specific plans and activation roadmaps
  • Support new initiatives and healthcare portfolio relaunch through customer planning and readiness efforts

Shape and Execute IDN Planning Initiative

  • Play a key role in shaping Clorox Healthcare's IDN planning approach by defining planning models, support expectations, and priority health systems
  • Develop elevated planning support for strategic IDNs in partnership with field sales and leadership
  • Drive consistency and best practices across IDN engagement efforts

Cross Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Squad and Portfolio Team, Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align plans and execution
  • Communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership and Commercial stakeholders - in support of LRP and S&OP

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare sales, customer planning, or commercial strategy, including direct or indirect selling experience within healthcare verticals or med/surg distribution.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to develop and execute customer strategies in complex healthcare environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating insights into commercial plans
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and field stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience working with med/surg distributors and/or IDN customers
  • Clear, concise executive communication skills

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200

-Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200

-Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
