Job Description

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the technical development, implementation, and support for the ECIDS portal using the IBM Websphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management (WCM) tools
  • Support and assist the development of the ECIDS user interface and overall creative design for the application including mobility support and utilization considerations
  • Writing and testing program code
  • Performing system implementation activities and technical support as needed
  • Developing system and end-user documentation where needed
  • Instructing and training for other team members and end users on the use of the ECIDS application
Qualifications

Skill
Must have hands-on, technical development work experience with IBM Websphere Portal 8.5.
Must have technical development experience with IBM Web Content Management(WCM) 8.5 software tools.
Experience working with the Agile SDLC methodology
Web user interface/creative design
Mobility support for web applications
W3C and Section 508 accessibility guidelines
