Capgemini is looking for a seasoned Modern Workplace Architect with extensive experience in End User Services, Service Desk, Intune, Automation, and Site Support. This role will focus on designing and implementing modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience across enterprise environments.

Your Role
  • Architect and deliver modern workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Intune, and related technologies.
  • Define strategies for End User Services, including Service Desk optimization and automation.
  • Implement device management and security policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee site support operations, ensuring seamless end-user experience across locations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align workplace solutions with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for workplace transformation.
Your Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in end-user computing and modern workplace architecture.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, and Service Desk operations.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Experience with site support models and global service delivery.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks for end-user environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator Expert) preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $94,248 - $215,050.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
