Job Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the pharma industry, is seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to define and deliver the strategy, architecture, and transformation of a global end-user computing environment. This role sits within the IT Global Infrastructure & Operations team and is central to modernizing the digital workplace across endpoint management, VDI/DaaS, mobility, identity integration, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the enterprise EUC architecture roadmap spanning endpoint management, virtual desktops, mobility, and collaboration
  • Architect and govern endpoint platforms: Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf/macOS management
  • Establish standards for OS builds, patch management, application packaging, and device compliance
  • Integrate Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and endpoint security with IAM platforms
  • Architect application delivery models across native, virtualized, and SaaS environments
  • Define EUC operating model, governance frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to align EUC strategy
Required Skills
  • Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, Jamf
  • VDI/DaaS: Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon
