Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation:
$115,000-$130,000*
*listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to establish metrics and best practices that support a strategic recruitment process
  • Support recruiting and onboarding efforts including sourcing, scheduling interviews, establishing New Hire Orientation processes, and coordinating onboarding events as needed
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources-related files including new hire paperwork, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programs
  • Supervise, manage, and direct a team of HR professionals
  • Oversee the annual employee performance evaluation process
  • Provide business support that ensures adherence to HR programs, initiatives, and best practices
  • Respond to sensitive issues and concerns raised by all levels of employees in a confidential, tactful, neutral manner
  • Serve as an internal consultant to managers and employees providing advice on a range of organizational issues
  • Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Train and direct managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal adherence to relevant federal and state laws related (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, I9/e-Verify, etc.) and company compliance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and SPHR certifications strongly preferred
  • 6-8+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a management/leadership position
  • Experience and expertise should include payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and supervisor-manager interactions
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts employment and union laws and Human Resources laws and regulations highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll, ATS, and ERP systems required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be an adept communicator with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to tactfully navigate employee relations/performance management issues
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
