Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. We bring 120 years of successful mission support to improve security, streamline logistics, and enhance readiness. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • The Senior Security Manager, Industrial Security Operations, serves as the Senior Facility Security Officer for V2X, Inc., responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and related industrial security programs across the company. In this capacity, the position directly supervises Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and Assistant Facility Security Officers (AFSOs) across all V2X locations, providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure consistent and compliant security operations.
  • The Senior Security Manager manages DCSA interfaces, including preparation and maintenance of DD 254s, SF-328s and related forms; mandatory security reporting through DISS and NISS; and coordination with other Cognizant Security Agencies (CSAs) as applicable. The position drives enterprise security awareness programs and reporting for the V2X Insider Threat Program (ITP); ensures NISP compliance across collateral and special access program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments; oversees facility clearance and CAGE code management; and, administers related operational and program security arrangements.
  • The Senior Security Manager advises senior leadership on industrial security policy, risk posture, and regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary point of contact with government counterparts — including DCSA — on inspections, security violations, and program matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Senior Facility Security Officer (FSO) for V2X; provides enterprise-wide leadership, direction, and oversight for all NISP-related industrial security operations, policies, and programs.
  • Supervises FSOs and AFSOs across all V2X locations; provides mentorship, performance guidance, and technical oversight to ensure standardized and compliant security operations company-wide.

  • Develops, implements, and maintains the enterprise security awareness training program and reporting for the V2X Insider Threat Program (ITP) in compliance with DCSA requirements and applicable DoD directives.
  • Oversees facility clearance and CAGE code management for V2X and all subsidiary/subordinate facilities; maintains the Facility Clearance (FCL) in good standing.
  • Administers operational and program security arrangements for collateral, SAP and SCI environments, including physical security, personnel security, and administrative security systems.
  • Conducts and coordinates security self-inspections; investigates losses and security violations; recommends and tracks corrective actions to closure.
  • Advises senior leadership on industrial security policy, regulatory compliance, and risk posture; represents V2X in interactions with DCSA, customer security representatives, and other government agencies.
  • Occasional travel to V2X domestic and OCONUS locations may be required to support security inspections, staff oversight, or program support.
