Project/Program Delivery Analyst
M Powered Strategies is seeking a Project / Program Delivery Analyst to support complex federal transformation and implementation efforts, with a particular focus on healthcare and mission-driven modernization programs. This role helps keep multi-stakeholder initiatives organized, aligned, and moving by supporting governance operations, meeting cadences, reporting, action tracking, and cross-team coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and multiple stakeholders need timely, accurate information. This person should be able to translate program activity into clear status reporting, actionable meeting outputs, and practical coordination support that helps leadership make decisions and maintain momentum.
  • Support day-to-day PMO and program operations for transformation, implementation, or modernization efforts.
  • Prepare and maintain action logs, RAID logs, decision trackers, milestone trackers, and governance materials.
  • Coordinate recurring meetings, governance forums, working sessions, and leadership reviews.
  • Develop status reports, summary memos, meeting notes, dashboards, and executive-ready briefing materials.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Support issue escalation, follow-up, and accountability across internal and client teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation repositories in tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Help synthesize complex program activity into concise updates for client and internal leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-10+ years of relevant experience in PMO support, project coordination, program analysis, management analysis, or related consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal clients.
  • Experience supporting VA, VHA, healthcare, or enterprise modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting executive meetings, governance reviews, or integrated program teams.
  • Experience with risk, issue, and action tracking in delivery environments.
