Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) seeks a Site Lead to serve as the on-site authority responsible for daily operations and overall performance of a Learning Management System (LMS) supporting a government customer, overseeing help desk, training, and customer support services to ensure alignment with contract requirements and performance standards. The Site Lead acts as the primary Government point of contact, leads all contractor personnel and activities, ensures uninterrupted service delivery and quality compliance, and maintains coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), with full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor during core operating hours.

Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, and Certifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Canvas LMS
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading small teams in an IT support or help desk environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing daily operations, staffing, and performance oversight in a service delivery environment
  • Experience providing customer-facing technical support and training to users, staff, and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of help desk operations, ticketing systems, and LMS support environments
  • Ability to serve as the authorized on-site decision-maker for contract execution and issue resolution
  • Ability to work onsite during required core hours (0800–1500) and support extended operational needs as required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Security Clearance Requirement
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 (T1) suitability determination

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal education/training environments
  • Familiarity with Canvas LMS within enterprise or academic ecosystems
  • Experience developing and implementing Quality Control Plans (QCP) and performance monitoring processes
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage distributed or hybrid teams
  • Experience coordinating with Government stakeholders including KO, COR, and senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and accessibility requirements for LMS platforms
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting training delivery for faculty, staff, or end users
