We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Administration Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the company's daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office management.

  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and internal processes.

  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including property management, maintenance, security, and office services.

  • Manage administrative budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Organize company meetings, internal events, and employee engagement activities.

  • Support cross-department administrative needs and ensure timely operational support.

  • Maintain company records, administrative documentation, and asset management.

  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff when applicable.

  • Assist senior management with administrative planning and special projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
