Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and administrative operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field who is looking to begin their career in a structured office environment. The role focuses on data entry, document processing, and general clerical support for the accounting department. Key Responsibilities Enter and update financial and administrative data into company systems Process invoices, forms, and supporting documentation Verify accuracy of documents and resolve basic discrepancies Organize and maintain electronic and physical records Assist with filing, scanning, and document management Support routine office and accounting department tasks Respond to internal requests for documentation or record updates Assist with preparing materials needed for reporting or audits Perform general clerical duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use Ability to learn new systems and follow established procedures Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and in a team environment
