Mater Dei High School, a Catholic, co‑educational, college‑preparatory high school of the Diocese of Orange, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing.

This full‑time exempt senior‑level position is responsible for shaping and executing Mater Dei High School's student recruitment, admissions, retention, and school‑wide marketing, including digital engagement and brand strategies. The Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing will work directly with the President, Vice President of School Relations, Vice President Business Services, Principal and the Leadership Team in the implementation of the mission and philosophy of Mater Dei High School. Night and weekend work is required with this position.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enrollment management and marketing at either the secondary or collegiate level.

Experience: Must be able to authentically represent and promote the values of Mater Dei High School. Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with Student Information Systems (SIS). Expertise in branding, digital marketing, enrollment management and communications. Experience supervising employees and managing budgets is required.

Salary Range: $150,000–$165,000.
