Job description

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Office Manager/Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Must be Reliable and Dependable. We are an Air Conditioning HVAC Company Located in Davie FL and have been in business for 20 Years. Our Office is open M-F. Working hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and Respond to emails and voice messages
  • Plan and schedule appointments and jobs
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Manage and support field technicians
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Organize and file digital and paper documents
  • Manage Inventory, ordering and reporting
  • Maintain Employee times and hours for payroll
  • Process invoices and estimates
  • Perform other miscellaneous office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Strong Scheduling and management skills
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook Mail and Office apps
  • Knowledge of CMR (costumer management relationship) Software (We currently use House Call Pro)
  • Quick book knowledge is a Plus
  • Notary public is a Plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus
