Job Title: Lead, Agentic Operations + GTM EngineeringJob Summary: RevSpring's commercial organization runs lean and AI-first across Marketing, BDR, Enablement, and new vertical expansion. Today our core systems - HubSpot, Salesforce, Absorb, Claude, ChatGPT, and Groove - operate as islands, and our use of AI is a scattering of one-off experiments.
This role is the technical core of fixing that. Your main objective is to build, integrate, and ship the agentic workflows that connect these tools into one well-governed system, and to put the governance and SOPs in place so we use AI safely and consistently. The aim isn't autonomous, black-box AI; it's transparent, auditable, human-in-the-loop automation that leaders can trust, trace, and switch off at any time.
You work hand in hand with our Go-to-Market Operations Specialist, who owns the CRM and automation foundation - the funnel definitions, lead flow, and reporting model. You build the connective automation and governed AI on top. You're a systems builder who is just as comfortable wiring up an API integration as writing a prompt or sitting in a pipeline review, pragmatic about shipping and rigorous about control.
Essential Functions: - Systems integration & orchestration - your core focus. Connect the stack - HubSpot, Salesforce, Absorb (LMS), Claude, ChatGPT, and Groove - using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration platforms so data and actions flow from trigger to AI step to system-of-record update without manual handoffs. You build the connective layer on top of the CRM and automation foundation the GTM Operations Specialist owns.
- Build and ship agentic AI workflows. Design and deploy the AI agents, prompt libraries, and content engine that power demand generation, BDR prospecting, product marketing, and enablement, moving them from one-off experiments to reliable production workflows.
- Governance, controls & SOPs. Make every AI workflow controlled by default: permissioned access, approval gates, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, brand- and compliance-safe outputs, and complete logging, all documented in clear SOPs. Leadership should always be able to see what an automation did, trace why, and stop any step.
- Workflow automation. Find the repetitive, high-friction work across the commercial team - lead routing, handoffs, content assembly, reporting, onboarding and training in Absorb, and follow-up - and automate it end to end.
- Reporting infrastructure. Build the data flows and dashboards that surface the funnel and pipeline metrics the GTM Operations Specialist defines - MQL-to-SQL conversion, cost per opportunity, channel and campaign ROI, and BDR contribution - so leadership can act on them.
- Enabling the team. Be the in-house expert who helps Marketing, BDR, and Enablement adopt these workflows, and who translates between commercial goals and technical execution.
What success looks like - Core systems work as one connected platform, with data and actions flowing automatically.
- Agentic AI workflows run in production with full controls - approvals, audit trails, permissions, documented SOPs, and a clear way to trace or stop any step.
- A working AI content and prospecting engine that the teams it serves actually use.
- Reporting infrastructure live and tied to revenue outcomes, beginning with your first 100-day report.
- Measurable efficiency gains - lower cost per opportunity, faster handoffs, less manual work - that let the organization run leaner.
Minimum Requirements:Specific Job Skills: - Experience connecting commercial or GTM systems with APIs, webhooks, and orchestration platforms (Clay, Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar) - real multi-tool workflows, not one-off fixes.
- Comfortable reading API documentation and building integrations with REST and JSON, including authentication (OAuth 2.0, API keys and tokens), pagination, rate limits, and webhooks.
- Hands-on with at least one orchestration platform, building multi-step flows with branching logic, error handling, and retries - not just single-trigger automations.
- Practical fluency with LLMs and prompt engineering (system versus user prompts, structured output, chaining, evaluating output quality), ideally Claude or the Anthropic API, with examples you've shipped.
- A control-and-governance mindset: experience building automation with permissions, approval gates, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, logging, and written SOPs.
- Working coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar - enough to build, debug, and connect systems.
- Familiarity with how CRMs and marketing automation structure data (objects, fields, lifecycle stages, lead-to-account) and how data syncs between Salesforce and HubSpot, enough to build on the foundation the GTM Operations Specialist owns.
- Working knowledge of RevOps fundamentals (funnel stages, attribution, pipeline math) and the data discipline behind trustworthy reporting.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on an LMS such as Absorb.
- B2B SaaS or revenue-technology background, ideally with healthcare and/or financial-services exposure (preferred).
- Experience standing up an AI or automation capability - and its controls - from scratch, and comfort operating as a team of one before building a team (preferred).
