Job description

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to support gotomarket and sales enablement initiatives through highimpact learning experiences. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Training, and Sales to design facilitatorled presentations, clientfacing job aids, and engaging elearning solutions that strengthen product adoption, reinforce brand messaging, and drive revenue outcomes. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Rise and Vyond are essential for success in this role.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Develop and design sales enablement and marketingaligned learning assets, including eLearning, ILT/VILT content, and blended solutions that support product launches, campaigns, and client adoption.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement and learning initiatives using engagement metrics, adoption data, and stakeholder feedback; iterate content to improve sales readiness and client confidence.
  • Oversee administration and user management of the Absorb LMS platform.
  • Lead instructional design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Design and develop learning support materials including flyers, participation guides, and job aids to reinforce key concepts, enhance learner engagement, and support knowledge retention.
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives by creating launch training, sales decks, demo support materials, and microlearning.
  • Provide light editorial and design support for product sheets and select sales materials as needed.
  • Leverage learning technologies and tools to enhance instructional design and delivery, including LMS, authoring tools, and multimedia production.
  • Stay up to date with the latest instructional design trends, adult learning theories, and technologies to continuously enhance learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Training and Performance consultants to ensure materials are current, viable, and reflective of market needs.
  • Maintain consistency of content across various training materials.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Ensures all instructional content aligns with the organization's goals and standards.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, OD, Multimedia Design or related is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, ILT/VILT content development is required.
  • Required proficiency in Adobe Creative and eLearning authoring tools including Articulate 360, Rise, and Vyond.
  • Must have e-learning development proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Financial services and/or GAP & MMP Product knowledge is preferred.
