We areseekinga motivated and resourcefulRecruiterto join our People OpsDepartment.This is a hands-on, entry-level role whereyou'lldo more than justfillseats;you'llbe a culture champion, a talent scout, and a key driver of HR excellence. Reporting directly to the HR Manager,you'llplay a critical role in shaping the future of our team.

In this role,you'llperform the following tasks:

Manage full-cycle recruiting across platforms including LinkedIn,Indeed, and UKG.

Source and engage high-quality candidates through proactive outreach and networking.

Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align on hiring needs.

Conduct candidate screenings (phone, video, in-person) to assess skills and culture fit.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Support pre-employment processes (offer letters, background checks, onboarding coordination).

Build andmaintaina strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.

Identifycreative sourcing strategies and stay ahead of recruiting trends.

Represent Controlled Holdings at career fairs and community events.

Ensure a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.

Maintainaccuratedata in HR systems (UKG, Absorb LMS).

Deliver a "white-glove" candidate and stakeholder experience at every touchpoint.
