  • This role supports a fast-paced account management team by owning client communication, creative brief development, and cross-functional project coordination for a high-volume life sciences account.
Job Summary
  • Write independent creative briefs that capture business problem, brand strategy, audience insight, and executional considerations for HCP and primary care marketing deliverables such as brochures, clinical decks, and corporate emails
  • Serve as the primary client contact, leading 3-4 client-facing meetings per week including weekly status calls, discovery sessions, and presentations
  • Present work to clients, open calls with context, capture feedback, and relay clear direction to internal creative teams
  • Partner with project management on scoping, estimates, and timelines, maintaining ownership of the brief and client communication throughout
  • Lead internal creative kickoffs and attend in-progress creative reviews to provide account perspective and client direction
  • Track financial and budget progress per project in collaboration with project management, managing burn reports and flagging overages as needed
  • Participate in cross-functional status meetings twice weekly to monitor progress across a high volume of concurrent active projects
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of account management experience at an integrated advertising or marketing agency
  • Demonstrated experience writing creative briefs and translating client input into actionable creative direction
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, proactive in nature and able to advise both clients and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, including the ability to articulate the "why " behind creative and marketing decisions
  • Experience in life sciences, pharma, or medical device marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HCP and primary care marketing experience, including familiarity with sales aid, clinical deck, and email deliverable types
  • Omni-channel or multi-channel content planning experience
  • Proficiency with Workfront, ProofHQ, and Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated natural curiosity and interest in the business context behind creative work
