Overview
This mid-level full-time role is responsible for helping lead the strategy, creative development, production, sponsorship, and financial management of Clients' business across assigned markets. The Account Supervisor will manage day-to-day business needs while also supporting the development and execution of long-term creative, financial, and sponsorship strategies that drive measurable Client success.
The Account Supervisor will also supervise all the activities of an Account Executive under their charge.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact with Media partners, Creative Group, and Account Planning
  • Mange overall budgets for sponsorships, activations, and creative production for assigned regions and markets
  • Continually analyze marketing efforts for optimization and alignment with Client's objectives
  • Oversee key partner relationships; evaluate and manage sponsorship renewals
  • Lead integrated advertising campaigns, with oversite of Client approvals and creative briefs, kick-offs, budgets and timelines
  • Develop monthly advertising strategies and oversee implementation/trafficking of creative campaigns
  • Communicate advertising financials with the Client and provide on-going recommendations for maintaining healthy financial positions
  • Manage Client meeting cadence and planning and present during in-person and video conference meetings
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Clients through relationship, expertise and accountability
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Client's industry, business, and overall objectives
  • Manage and train Account Executive while supervising the overall workflow carried out by junior account management
  • As the primary Client contact, the Account Supervisor will be required to develop positive relationships with Clients through diligent Client service which may include travel for in-person meetings
  • Other account management tasks as assigned, in support of Management Supervisor and Management Director
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Experience & Training:
    • 5+ years agency or Client account service experience
    • Thorough understanding of advertising strategies, sponsorships/partnerships, and the social, digital, OTT/CTV and broadcast media landscape
    • Prior experience in the automotive category, sponsorships or retail advertising is a plus, but not required
  • High degree of professionalism:
    • Strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail, and timeliness
  • Analytic & Strategic Skills:
    • Ability to analyze facts and arrive at sound conclusions
    • Good understanding, use, and interpretation of numerical data
    • Ability to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plans
  • Communication:
    • Excellent oral/written communication skills
    • Exceptional meeting preparation and Client-presentation skills
    • Adept ability to provide timely status reporting to Management Director
  • Exceptional Organizational & Time-Management Skills:
    • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Maintain productivity while working at an expedient pace

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
