Required Skills:

  • Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop Front Office Associates while building teamwork, accountability, and a positive service culture.
  • Strong guest service, service recovery, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Ability to plan daily assignments, prioritize competing needs, delegate effectively, and support smooth Front Office operations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 applications; experience with hotel property management systems such as FOSSE and GXP preferred.
  • Professional presence, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests, Associates, vendors, and leadership.


Required Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of hotel experience required, preferably in Guest Services or Front Office operations.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to support team performance, training, scheduling, and accountability.
  • Experience responding to guest concerns, coordinating room readiness, supporting daily arrivals and departures, and partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and hotel leadership.
  • Experience working in a Marriott-branded or extended-stay hotel environment preferred.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; Spanish or additional language skills preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
