Compensation package & perks $$$$:
  • Total compensation package: $55k
  • Base $43 - $48k
  • Performance bonuses tied to store performance and sales: $10k
  • Total hiring bonus $2000 ($500 after 1 month, 1500 after 3 months)
  • 5 days of training of training and onboarding in our Manhattan (NYC) Headquarters
  • 10 days of paid vacation - accrued immediately
  • Opportunities for short or long term assignments in other states / cities
What we look for:
  • 4-6 years of hospitality experience: food prep + front of house
  • 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, where you were directly responsible for:
    • scheduling & inventory management
    • increasing store performance (sales)
    • building a high performing team
  • You are familiar with Human Resources processes
  • You are familiar with food safety processes and you are MN certified.
  • You have a strong work ethic & aspiration
  • Importantly! You have a sense of humor, love smiling and laughing.
