Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a Maintenance Representative, you'll maintain cleanliness and safety for an entire Store, inside and out, all while making our customers feel welcome.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
โ€ข Sanitation:
  • Maintains Store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Cleans / picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store
  • Uses H-E-B chemical program; correctly organizes / maintains stock in maintenance room
  • Washes windows and mirrors throughout Store
  • Empties / cleans trash receptacles throughout the shift
  • Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards / SOPs

โ€ข Maintenance:
  • Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders
  • Performs minor maintenance repairs using simple hand tools
  • Maintains ceiling air vents; replaces light bulbs

โ€ข Customer Service:
  • Works with and around customers; attends to their needs
  • Assists customers in the location of product
  • Performs Customer Service Assistant (CSA) duties, when needed
