Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified)Baton Rouge, LA | 21 South at Parkview Apartments

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Bonus: Earn up to $4,000+ extra per year in bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On-Call: One week every two weeks (extra $100 when on call)

What You Need

✅ Valid Driver's License
✅ EPA Certification
✅ HVAC Certification
✅ Apartment maintenance experience
✅ Experience leading a maintenance team

What You'll Do
  • Fix maintenance issues in apartments and common areas
  • Handle HVAC repairs and troubleshooting
  • Complete work orders quickly and safely
  • Get apartments ready for new residents
  • Perform painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • Inspect the property and keep it looking great
  • Order supplies and schedule contractors
  • Help manage the maintenance team
  • Share emergency on-call duties
