Maintenance Director
**This position is located in Auburn, IL
Summary: The primary purpose of the Maintenance Director is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current, federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ยท Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department, its programs and activities.
ยท Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the Maintenance Department.
ยท Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related department. Make written or oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Maintenance Department.
Preferred Qualifications:
ยท Experience in Long Term Care
ยท Former Maintenance Department experience
ยท Must have patience, tact, a pleasant disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
