Job description

Carey Properties is looking to hire a new member to our full time maintenance staff. We have a team of four, although you will be largely working independently. We are seeking a skilled position.

For the skilled position we looking for people with experience in general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile work, and finish work. We would like some experience with HVAC and appliance repair.

We are offering a salaried position that works Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00. You do need to have a valid driver's license, clean criminal back ground, and references. Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. We offer paid time off and a SIMPLE IRA plan. Please provide a resume and a list of references. Thank you for your time.
