Job description

Facility Management and Maintenance Administrator (Experienced)

Company:

Boeing Aerospace Operations

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Facility Management and Maintenance Administrator to support our business in Chantilly, VA.

The selected candidate will provide support to the Facility Manager and Engineer on a multitude of tasks. Preventative maintenance activities, small projects, subcontractor coordination, use of the facility management computer system, interacting with customers, ordering supplies, running and managing internal facility activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Facility Manager, Facility Engineer and Senior Customer leadership to ensure the successful execution and operation of large customer facility
  • Assists, performs, modifies, adjusts, documents, and enters information into the facility management computer system preventative maintenance activities
  • Creates, manages, executes and retires all plans in the system
  • Assists, performs, administers and possibly executes small projects in support of the facility
  • Renovation work, equipment replacement, large projects, etc.
  • Administers material stock levels, orders materials (construction, office, etc.) and works with the customer on all furniture related items
  • Manages the facility when the engineer is not present and utilizes proficient knowledge in all building systems

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to obtain Full Scope polygraph pre-start
  • Facilities Management and/or Facility Operations experience
  • Capable of working flexible hours to include overtime and weekends, when necessary
  • Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Current Full Scope polygraph
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Tools
