Mailroom & Delivery Associate (Corporate Office)
$18.41-$20.45 per hour | Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:
The Mailroom Associate is responsible for daily mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, and local delivery driver support. This role helps ensure time-sensitive materials, such as payroll, equipment, and retail communications, are processed, tracked, and delivered accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Process and organize incoming and outgoing mailroom deliveries
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including tracking and documentation
  • Drive a company delivery van/box truck locally between Corporate Office and Distribution Center
  • Support packing, labeling, and shipment organization to meet deadlines
  • Maintain an organized mailroom and staging area for outgoing materials

Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License required; safe driving record essential
  • 1 year of related experience preferred (mailroom, shipping and receiving, warehouse, delivery driver)
  • Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred (training available)
  • Basic math skills for weights, counts, and shipping costs
  • Comfortable using a computer for route lookups, printing labels, and barcode tracking
  • Experience with scanners and printers preferred
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials regularly (standing, bending, repetitive motion)
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely in varied weather conditions
