Ticket Office Clerk


This position supports ticket sales and customer service for a wide range of campus sporting and fine arts events. The role is primarily phone-based, assisting customers as they purchase tickets online, while also responding to emails and text messages during office hours. Additional shifts take place during evening events, providing in-person customer service and ticket sales at event venues.

Note: This is a part-time position (17.5) hours per week.

What you'll do in this position:

  • Sell tickets and assist customers with online purchases for athletic and fine arts events
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and text
  • Work event shifts that include in-person customer service and ticket sales
  • Enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Think logically and solve problems efficiently
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including office shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and evening event hours
  • Work at multiple locations, including the Marriott Center, the Music Building, and other ticket office outlets during events
