LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in Blue Ash, Ohio to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Clerk for a part-time, first-shift contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and supporting daily office operations through efficient mailroom and administrative functions.
The Mail Clerk will be responsible for the processing, sorting, distribution, and tracking of incoming and outgoing mail while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries to appropriate departments and individuals
• Prepare outgoing mail, shipments, and packages using various shipping carriers and systems
• Process certified, overnight, and special delivery mail requests
• Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records, tracking logs, and mailroom documentation
• Coordinate package pickups and deliveries with shipping vendors and courier services
• Monitor mailroom supplies and submit orders for envelopes, labels, boxes, and other materials as needed
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation projects
• Organize and maintain records to ensure information is easily accessible and properly stored
