The Support Representative is responsible for supporting collection operations by processing time-sensitive documents, managing administrative workflows, and maintaining accurate records. This role ensures that documentation is handled confidentially, data is entered accurately, and internal teams have the resources needed to perform effectively. The Support Representative partners with Collectors and Leadership teams to support daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency. Title: Support Representative Location: Onsite – 8085 Knue Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET Compensation: Starting at $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Process time-sensitive documents while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy Handle administrative duties including attorney correspondence, dispute documentation, and certified mail processing Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and document organization Maintain accurate data entry within internal systems to support recovery processes Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail Maintain office supply inventory and support operational needs Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Demonstrated ability to work with confidential or sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Consistent work history with at least one role demonstrating stability and longevity

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in collections, healthcare revenue cycle, or administrative support Familiarity with HIPAA and FDCPA guidelines Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
