Job Summary
- Position Type: Temp-to-hire; Pay Rate $16.78/hour; 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Work Environment: Non-climate controlled warehouse; warehouse-appropriate dress required
- Core Responsibilities:
- Unbox and assemble equipment/machines after uncrating
- Manually load and unload semi-trucks.
- Quality-check paperwork for accuracy
- Hand wrap equipment for shipment
- Perform extensive lifting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting (assistance provided for items over 50 lbs.)
- Teamwork & Initiative:
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities and willingness to assist others
- Be proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of warehouse and customer service experience
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical/manual labor
- Data entry and spreadsheet skills (MS Business Suite proficiency required)
- 1–3 years’ experience with Oracle preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management, problem-solving, and training/mentoring abilities
- May require forklift certification
- Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying (typically less than 100 lbs.)
- Moderate manual dexterity (use of hand tools, keyboard, etc.)
