Job description

Overview: Rogers Wealth Group is seeking an energetic and responsible Administrative Associate (On-Site) who will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations and client service functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Prepare, write, and distribute emails, letters, memos, and forms
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail; deliver mail to the post office as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
  • Post account activity to client accounts
  • Assist with accounting-related tasks and document preparation
  • Generate and assist with quarterly reports
  • Print, assemble, and mail quarterly reports
  • Count, scan, file, and organize documents
  • Prepare distribution and loan documents
  • Assist with client meeting preparation and cleanup
  • Perform general office tasks, including light cleaning duties as needed (e.g., dishes)
