What is a mail associate?

Mail Associates are professionals responsible for handling the receipt, sorting, distribution, and dispatching of mail and packages within an organization or mailroom. Their duties often include organizing incoming and outgoing mail, operating mailroom equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery to the correct recipients. Mail Associates play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and document flow within a business or institution. They may also assist with shipping logistics and interact with courier services as needed.

To thrive as a Mail Associate, you need attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
