Become a Part of the DATAMARK, Inc. Team as a Mail Associate!

Are you looking for an opportunity where you can make a tangible impact? Join us at DATAMARK, Inc. as a Mail Associate in our San Antonio facility! We're a growing company with a passion for providing excellent business process outsourcing solutions, and we need enthusiastic team members like you to help us succeed.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all mail-related activities, ensuring that our clients' communications flow seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail promptly and accurately preparing outgoing mail, ensuring it meets all packaging and labeling requirements. This is a production environment, fast paced with high attention to detail, and with tight deadlines. You will also perform first level research to assist in resolving issues or discrepancies. There's no shortage of opportunities for growth and learning in this position!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Previous experience in mail handling or customer service is desired
