Part-Time | Primarily Weekends | $20-$22 per hour + occasional incentives

Crew Mail Services is looking for dependable, friendly, and professional team members to support our weekend cruise-ship package delivery and retail operations. This is a hands-on, varied position that combines driving, loading and unloading, package distribution, retail sales, customer service, and payment handling.

This opportunity can be a great fit for someone who already works during the week and is looking for additional weekend income in an active, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

These responsibilities are performed as part of a team, with duties shared and assigned based on the needs of each operation.

Safely drive a 16-foot box truck and assist with loading and unloading packages and retail merchandise.

Follow established port access and screening procedures and coordinate with port staff while loading items onto the ship.

Help set up onboard package distribution and retail areas.

Distribute packages and/or sell merchandise to crew members while providing friendly, professional customer service.

Process cash, credit, and debit card payments using handheld POS devices.

Assist with offloading and returning merchandise, packages, and equipment to the warehouse.

Help reconcile packages, retail sales, and payments at the end of the operation.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a 16-foot box truck.

Safe and responsible driving habits.

Consistent weekend availability.

Comfortable performing physical work, including loading, unloading, and moving packages and merchandise.

Comfortable handling cash and accurately balancing payments.

Ability to use or quickly learn handheld POS and payment devices.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Friendly, professional, dependable, and eager to help people.

Ability to work well as part of a team and follow established procedures.

Flexibility to work around cruise-ship schedules and operational needs.

Port Access Requirements

Because the position requires access to port facilities, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Port ID/access credentials and a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential). Training will be provided on Crew Mail Services procedures and applicable port processes.
