Mail Services Associate

IST Management is seeking a Mail Services Associate to join our Davie, FL team! The Associate will be responsible for assisting with mail and package services provided on-site in a team environment. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, possess a valid driver's license, and are willing to train!

Responsibilities

The Associate for Mail Services will be responsible for assisting with mail and package services provided on-site in a team environment. Other responsibilities include:

  • Process incoming packages by scanning them into a tracking system, tagging the package, and quality checking them for recipient accuracy.
  • Staging boxes and packages in corresponding areas for subsequent pickup and delivery
  • Sort and deliver mail and packages to various departments
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper (Must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential and/or urgent packages
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, and are willing to train! Other qualifications include:

  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US, high school diploma or GED required. Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to cross train in services provided
