Location: The ideal candidate will reside within a reasonable distance from our Lake Mary, FL office.
Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

The Mail Services Associate I will be responsible for the processing/delivery of incoming and interoffice mail. Processes outgoing mail.
How you will make an impact:
  • Picks up, sorts, distributes and routes incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Picks up and delivers mail from internal locations.
  • Sorts, distributes and routes mail by organization, department, location, floor, building or individual as instructed.
  • Prepares mail and packages for outside pick-up.
  • Serves as a resource for customer inquires.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience operating basic equipment.
  • Requires a valid driver's license where associate is operating a vehicle for company purposes.
