Job Summary
Our fast-growing automotive protection company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth through retail clients and dealership partnerships. This role involves lead follow-up, in-person consultations, outbound prospecting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
We are looking for someone who is profesional, coachable, energetic and passionate about the automotive industry . Experience in automotive sales, detailing, tint or PPF is a plus but not required.

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email and social media.
  • Conduct consultations and educate clients on PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Vinyl Wraps an detailing services.
  • Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Close high-ticket services while maintaining a premium customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates and sales activity through our company CRM
  • Protect and elevate the company's brand image at all time ย 
  • Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionย 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelorโ€™s degree is preferred
  • Valid state-issued driverโ€™s license and clean driving record are required
  • Prior sales experience
